The house comprises two floors, with a roof terrace above.

The Street, Antoniou Melidoni, is central and convenient for reaching all parts of Chania's Old Town within minutes, but provides an 'out of the way' place to return to at the end of a busy sightseeing day.  The Venetian harbour front is just a few minutes away by foot, and the house itself is set amongst the small & winding traffic free streets of the old Turkish quarter called Splantzia.

Enter the property through the newly restored Ottoman style double doors, to the downstairs living area.

The kitchen, dining and lounge area are open plan

The living area is located on the ground floor and has a small but well equipped kitchen area plus a comfortably sized lounge & dining area.

The bedroom is located on the first floor, along with the bathroom.

The furniture is traditional & handmade in keeping with the property, including a handmade iron bed, and the bathroom is modern and fully fitted for your comfort.
